2021 Year-in-Review

1.3.2022

Happy New Year! 2021 continued to be a challenging year globally, especially as we faced a nationwide labor shortage, severe shipping delays, and raw material force majeure for much of the year. Once again, the Kleitsch family is thankful to our loyal and hardworking staff. While 2021 saw a contraction of our overall workforce (dipping below 100 employees by the end of the year, again mostly due to labor market shortages), the previous year was one of maintaining the massive growth of 2020, and we are looking positively at 2022 with excitement and hopes for our best year yet.

The following statistics represent our 2021 Year-in-Review:

Over 142 million parts shipped nationwide

                59 customers over 8 industries

                42 presses between divisions

Increased job openings by 5.5% compared to 2020

76% of open positions were filled by internal promotion with

100% of supervisory positions filled by internal promotion

Broke ground on ICON III: our third facility, adjacent to both current buildings
