ICON Cares Update

10.28.22

Since our CFO, Nancy Kleitsch, started ICON Cares during the COVID pandemic of 2020, this charitable arm of ICON Injection Molding has continued to grow. In additions to our efforts with our staff and the local community, we’ve had the opportunity to expand our efforts overseas. Most recently, we got our staff involved in September 2022 to donate vitamins for a medical mission trip destined for Kenya, Africa. Over a 2-week period we collected kids’ chewable vitamins. One of our vendor partners, AtWork Personnel, even stepped up to contribute! ICON pledged to match all donations and we succeeded in sending over 12,000 vitamins to children in Kenya in the Missions of Hope International schools there.

A huge thank you to our generous staff, the efforts of mission volunteers and staff at Christ’s Church of the Valley, and all the volunteers and staff of Missions of Hope International who are doing good work to uplift children in poverty all over the world.

ICON Cares is constantly on our minds and we have high hopes for the charitable work of the future!

Staff with ideas for volunteer projects are encouraged to contact CFO Nancy Kleitsch or CAO Nicole Kleitsch-Killam.
