ICON Injection Molding has an urgent need to hire across all shifts for our base-level Operator position. The Operator position requires no prior experience, just a good attitude, the willingness to stand for up to 8 hours, the ability to visually spot defects on small plastic parts, and the use of fine motor skills with both hands. Consistent, on-time attendance is crucial to the manufacturing process and the promise that we make to our customers, so we are looking for reliable workers.
