2021-2022 ISO Certification

ICON Injection Molding has successfully renewed our ISO Certification for 2021-2022. Our certification is audited and renewed on an annual basis by PRI Registrar. We are certified ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001 is a global standard which indicates that a company’s quality management system meets certain defined specifications. These specifications include requirements for documentation, process improvement, internal auditing, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. Certification with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) under the 9001 standard was overhauled in 2015 to put a greater emphasis on leadership and upper-level management commitment to the quality management process. The seven quality management principles of ISO 9001:2015 are customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, and relationship management. A company’s ISO certification shows customers that an organization has standardized systems in place to consistently provide quality products and, that there is an organizational commitment to continuous improvement from the top down.
