ICON participates in the Maricopa County Travel Reduction Program (TRP). The goal of TRP is to reduce single occupant vehicle trips to ICON by encouraging employees to engage in one of the following Alternative Modes of transportation:

• Carpool or Vanpool

• Public Transportation (Bus or Light Rail)

• Biking

• Walking

• Use of an electric vehicle

Employees who commit to using one of the above methods of commuting to work at least THREE (3) days per work week may register with HR as an Alternative Mode User (AMU). Registered AMUs are eligible to receive benefits (including bonuses!) in accordance with ICON’s TRP Policy.
