2022 Year in Review

Happy New Year! While we all felt the relief of leaving a global pandemic behind, 2022 saw the continuation of challenges which began in 2020-2021—including a continuing labor shortage, supply chain struggles, and unprecedented levels of inflation. Despite this, 2022 proved to be ICON Injection Molding’s best year yet. Our general trend of growth continued, with 2022 boasting a 21.11% increase in sales from 2021. The Kleitsch Family credits the success of 2022 to the efforts of our amazing team! The owners/corporate management team put forth a great effort in 2022 towards the appreciation of staff and the overall improvement of ICON; we aim to continue these efforts in 2023. With the upcoming opening of our third facility on our campus, ICON III, and several exciting new clients, we look forward to seeing what 2023 has in store for the company.
