Company Restructuring of the Quality Department

The mission here at ICON Injection Molding has long been to execute EXCELLENCE from ART to PART through primarily focusing on PEOPLE and PRODUCTS. To this end, a recent company restructure has been completed in order to improve our Quality Department.

As of 10/3/2022, the Quality Department has been moved out from under the umbrella of ICON I to report directly to the company’s Chief Administrative Officer. Creating a united group of workers serving all divisions of ICON, without being underneath the umbrella of one particular segment, will allow for standardized attention to ICON I, ICON II, and eventually ICON III.

Organizational restructuring and the rehire of former Quality Manager Ken Wolf to serve as ICON’s new Quality Director were aimed towards enhancing the training and skill level of staff currently in the Quality Department, creating effective quality systems, and realigning the efforts of Quality staff at a broader level to all segments of ICON’s manufacturing. These three efforts towards the development of PEOPLE will directly improve upon the PRODUCTS we provide to our customers. We recognize that quality is the cornerstone of successful manufacturing, so our corporate team has rededicated resources to creating a world-class department which stands as the show piece for our commitment to EXCELLENCE from ART to PART.
