Employee Lounge Update

ICON Injection Molding opened the brand-new Employee Lounge on April 18th, 2022. This space sat largely unused in our ICON I building for several years and has long been the dream of then-HR Director Nicole Kleitsch to be utilized as additional breakroom space. Now, this area has been renovated to add 27 much-needed additional seats for employee breaks and meals. Thanks to Camelback Vending for the fabulous micro market offering everything from tacos and breakfast sandwiches to chips and energy drinks.

In the month and half the Employee Lounge has been open, the room has welcomed 11 new employees, served hundreds of snacks, drinks & meals, been the battleground of countless foosball battles, and has hosted dozens of employee meetings and a baby shower! We look forward to welcoming the innumerous employees who have yet to join our team and experience this awesome space.
