Launch of ICON Wellness

Philip, Danny, Steve, and Nancy Kleitsch started ICON Injection Molding with a passion for the industry, and a heart for the workers who execute their vision every day. One way that they show they care is by supporting employee wellness & wellbeing.

 

In Q1 2023, we were excited to announce the launch of our formal wellness program, ICON Wellness.

 

Check out these ICON Wellness stats:

  • Held first event in February 2023 (with another event on the way for the summer!)

  • Wellness Boards in each breakroom with resources for workers to improve their health

  • Company has sponsored 3 employees to start the journey to become tobacco-free, with 1 employee fully quit from cigarettes so far
